Experiencing buffering on Firestick 2nd Generation using Three 5G broadband

Hi

I got Three 5G broadband I get speeds up 70mbps on the 2nd generation Firestick I checked

Max speeds i can get using a better device Huawei P40 lite getting speeds up to 150mbps to 200mbps max

The problem is that 2nd generation firestick can only connect to channels in the lowest band of 5GHz connection (36, 40, 44, and 48).

Im getting buffering on bbc iplayer and online videos such as programs which I watch via the broswer mostly.

What is wrong is it the Three network problem I get full 5G bars on the cpe pro and 95 score location on al life app.

Im moving to Vodafone sim only next week on there unlimited max plan.

When I wanted to cancel Three network 5G broadband contract they said at first you have to pay early termination fee I said I don't want that not happy with 5G speeds then they told me I can cancel but I have to send the device back to them the advisor didnt understand.

I told the advisor that I was with Relish then Three network bought Relish then became Three Broadband now merged into Three network so its one entity he still said I have to send the device back.

Few days later tried explaining again told them I moved from Three broadband to you guys that I signed up to a new contract. when I was with Three broadband I was on 5G broadband just moved over I believe I do not need to send the device back which the advisor checked the account properly told me you can cancel we will wave the termination fee and no need to send device back as i have paid the device within the contract I had with Three Broadband.

Try the ethernet cable for it. If the router is far away from it, powerline exists :).
This is the adapter : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01LXP5TXI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_JFCBHVMG9Z52C5EPWMJD

If the router is in another room, I recommend these powerline adapters :

You can get cheaper than these but I wouldn't recommend adapters under 1Gbps. They don't give in normal circumstances 1Gbps and it has only been achieved in a lab. These will typically do 700-800Mbps in my house and I only Have 50Mbps so they are fine. Hope this helps :)

I can run 4K at peak times using Amazon Prime and other streaming services too, the exception is the BBC iplayer which buffers at peak times. So have to restrict BBC iplayer to daytime. I use a Three connection, so even if you fix all the other streaming services expect issues with BBC to continue.
