Explantion Please

O.K., there are six centrals, the percentages show the capacity used for each central on downloads and uploads. So, as I look at central 1, the right hand percentage is for download capacity used, the left for the upload capacity used. At least I think that's correct ... unless Aquiss want to correct me. :hrmph:
