F2S has had a lot of problems this year with their email service, which they will admit to. Apparently they have "solved" these problems. In my case this is not at all true.
After resetting everything in (mac OS) Mail, as instructed by the customer support at F2S, I still get password errors and all sorts of errors whenever I try to collect or send mail. I honestly can say I get my emails once per month. It's that bad. So I have to use the webmail service. This means I waste time logging in every time I want to get my email, and there is no automatic collection as one gets using a mail application. Also, there is no possibility of archiving emails on my computer now.
And this week, webmail is failing as well. I am sending people emails with attachments and they are reporting the attachments are not there, making me look like a newbie idiot making schoolboy errors.
Technical support at F2S just refuse to admit there's anything wrong at their end. This is wasting a lot of my time and is definitely bad for business. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The way we work from home, we can not allow one day of downtime, so swapping ISPs will have to wait till a holiday.
Oh yes, the broadband speeds are pathetic, to add insult to injury.
