Well, after a bit of a rocky start when ordering an upgrade (not helped by BT's portal not working) I now have superfast broadband up and running.
The BT Engineer turned up when he said he would, and everything was installed in a few minutes.
I needed help with setting up my Billion router and so called up Xilo's support line which was answered promptly. The engineer patiently got me to plug the cables in correctly (Doh!), checked my settings and was only happy to let me go once he was sure that I was connected to the internet.

I'll reenter my review in a few days once everything has calmed down.
