I requested a MAC code today from Pipex and will soon be off to pastures new. I never had any problems with their service, never had cause to contact them, no billing errors either. The only reason I am moving on is because Pipex is now owned by Tiscali. I was assured that Pipex is being run as a seperate company and even offered a discount to stay but I have heard to many horror stories about Tiscali to take the chance. Since the takeover customer services has been reorganized so I figure that in time Tiscali will decide to do away with the Pipex brand.
