After many years of enjoying Fast's premium service with previously brilliant customer service on 14/12/16 I discovered they had just cut my and many others broadband service with no warning or notification of any kind. This previously highly thought of isp has turned into a bunch of shysters overnight. I now, at a critical time of year, have to wait 14 days to get reconnected with another provider. If this isp ever resurrects itself in another shape name or form I implore to never be tempted to sign up with them. Their arrogant silence on twitter etc says it all. Be warned.
