I have checked again with the user today and he cannot connect using the fast4 test account but can with the BT test account.
As you can see from the ticket raised last night we are awaiting BT to instruct us whether it is going to be reprovisioned or a BT will attend your property. My guess is that they got the provisioning wrong. If it is not answered in the morning then i will get involved more and try to get this escalated for you.
