I've never had such a dire service in my life.My whooping 7meg line is currently running at 3.5k!! for past week.

CLOWNS How this site can accept then as banner sponsors to suck more people into their dire service is beyond me.I guarantee these thiefs will atill be taking new sign ups even though they cannot provide anything vlose to crap service let alone a good one.

Stick with a big name like BT drive these fast4 [removed bad language] under.

Pay cheap pay dear (£80 migration anyone) in fact I think anyone who has been asked to pay that should sue, they are not providing any sort of service at all. They blame eurisp, yeah right,

FWIW...and no consolation I realise...but I'm with BT...my 'whooping' 7mbps rated line is currently running at 1.674kbps...but then again my exchange is stuffed/congested.
Just remember UP TO 8mbps doesn't mean you will GET 8mbps WHOEVER the ISP may be.

also you have to remember, with regards to the ad thats placed on this site that Mark is under contract to show it.. that is to say that this site is non-profit and has no other form of revenue apart from ISPs who advertise here, now while l dont like the fact Fast4 are allowed to advertise such a poor service l havent got much choice to like or lump the ad

Thats fair enough regarding the banners, but if they don't change the wording on their site he could maybe get out of it that way as on the banner it says no fair use policy which is wrong.

Seems most users are actually getting the congestion control tab.I've been lucky if I get 10k all week so if thats heavy useage thats maybe why I am getting 3k now lol.
Roll on the mac code, this company truly derserves to go under.I have been regularly sending them polite messages when I can connect as I'm sure many other slow4 users have.

It is a disgrace but anyway are adsl24 any good looking at the office connection for £52 I don't mind paying for a quality service heard good things but you guys seem to know your stuff.

Fast4.net

Going against the flow here, but I have to say that I am VERY pleased with Fast4.net. I am unable to get Broadband in this area (and can't guarantee a 12 months tenure, either) so I thought the £7.99 a month charge for unlimited Dial Up was very good. I find it faster than my previous ISP (VirginMedia) ; current speed is 45.2 Kbps. Considering Broadband isn't able to reach me out here in the wilds, that is pretty good.
Occasionally, I get disconnected, but most of the time I can use it for hours on end.
I shall be moving soon and hope to continue with Fast4.net in my new area.

Satisfied Customer!

The others are on a different backbone supplier to you since Fast4 Dialup is supplied by Murphyx and BB by Eurisp totally different business packages. You might be happy infact you have been getting faster speeds than those paying more for BB. Would you feel the same if you were getting less than dialup for BB price
