It was going so well, but on Saturday morning (01/10/22) the Internet stopped working for me.
Down Detector suggested it was a common problem with 100+ fault reports.
Shortly after I submitted my fault report (using another connection) Community Fibre had an "initial discovery" report on the service status page.
It looks to me like a problem in the CG NAT system as the higher speed packages (that have a dedicated public IP address) were not included in the fault report.
