Can any freeware firewalls identify which dll rundll32 has launched when it tries to connect to the net and more importantly block network access based on which dll is running.
I assume giving rundll32.exe permanent permission would open a large outwardly bound hole in the firewall.
Zonealarm only reports that rundll32 wants to connect & shows the tail end of the command in the log (misses out the name of the dll), so I have to track down what actually wants to connect myself - I assume this is a 98 related problem since even taskinfo2002 has the same problem).
Thanks,
Mel
