First sign of full fibre coming to Cuckoo Oak Exchange Area

I just seen Openreach engineers around this area today as they told me it first area to start full fibre roll out for the Cuckoo Oak Exchange from Wellington Exchange for full fibre. I ask them what about my area other side, he say pretty soon maybe next year.

Why is Openreach haven't put on the list for Cuckoo Oak in full fibre roll out plan?

I check this fibre checker https://www.openreach.com/fibre-broadband# and it been confirmed for this area TF7 5GH, TF7 5QP & TF7 5GA for this cabinet 13, 12 & 11 for now.

It's not uncommon for Openreach to start their build and then announce the area at a later date. One other reason why they may have been slow to tackle that area is because Virgin Media's network is so dominant.
