When will the Freecall-uk isp start offering personal webspace?

Two months ago I was going to cancel my account with them but they pursuaded me to stay with them because they told me that free webspace would be available soon.

The link to the Netscape ftp site is wrong.

Instead go to ftp.netscape.com/pub/netscape6/english_uk/windows/win32/sea and download the nsetupb.exe file.
