Is anybody else suffering connectivity problems at the moment? I do not seem to be able to access the mail servers or the f2s website. In the six months I have been with this ISP, this is the first time I have had such problems.
No problems here, ring the support line, they are red hot and will sort any issues out quickly 01727 811530 is the non 0870 number. Last problem I had which was pages taking a load time to load was sorted with some DUNS number issues.
Yep, I've been having problems and they have told me it's nothing at their end and that my router it's working. So a router that has been working for ages and that hasn't been touched since I moved in has somehow got a fault.
Hmmm... well the ADSL link light goes off so that's not the router it's the link, so they've got it wrong. I'm actuallly looking to move away from F2S anyway, they've been great up until recently.
