Hi folks,
Hopefully a simple question. I’m shortly moving to a new house that actually has FTTC broadband (although will be retaining my 4G modem to use while I await setup).
I don’t have any fancy requirements, but do want to be able to use my own modem/router, and have the option of a static IP address. I’ll happily pay more for a better service and support, and have read quite a few of the reviews on this site.
At the moment I’m leaning towards Plusnet who appear to be transparent in allowing the use of third party routers, provide user credentials, and offer a static IP.
Is my choice sensible?
Thanks everyone.
