FTTC line too long?

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. I moved into a new build estate. And in December 2017 a Fibre Cab was installed.

My neighbours can all order fibre but I get the message on the Openreach site:

Your cabinet is enabled for Superfast fibre however you're not able to order fibre just yet.
This might be because the length of the line is too long to get Superfast speeds. We're actively looking at other options.

I spoke to an Openreach engineer at the cab today who confirmed I should be able to order it and infact he'd connected a BT retail customer who's line is further away than mine yesterday. I feel like something is being overlooked and Openreach hasn't updated their system about my newly installed phone line (about 3 weeks ago).

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks

Have you tried using the address checker to see if your address can get FTTC? Link below just put in your post code and the address checker will bring up every address on that post code BT know about. If your address is missing then TAGs need updating. It also lets you check neighbours addresses for FTTC.
