FTTP, Fresh Install - Are all FTTP ISP's available?

I am getting FTTP installed for a number of properties via Openreach. Openreach have said once installed we can select any ISP we want.

This sounds great but would like to understand if that means any UK ISP the does FTTP nationally can be used? Does each ISP need to then move into the area?

Can see a lot of FTTP questions but not this one. Thanks for any help on this.

FTTP is a standard OpenReach product in the same way FTTC and ADSL are so in theory any ISP can provide it. In reality some choose not to although I can see that list getting shorter as it becomes a more prevalent option.
