Full BT cabinets

Hi new member so don't know if this has been convered.

I am currently on VM500 which I use for everything including games. I have been forced to move due to crappy neighbours, but the property i'm going to doesn't have VM so on doing various checks although bt fibre is in the building the cabinet is full so I can only have ADSL a whopping 3-10mb so no more games! How does space become available in the cabinet? Can I book one for when/if it becomes available. Also someone suggested EE 4g broadband, is this suitable for downloading/gaming?
Thanks

You've just got to wait it out tbh and keep checking if a space becomes available. EE is EXPENSIVE. PM Me your new post code by clicking on the envelope button and 'start a new conversation'. Ill see what is the best provider in your area & if there are any other cost friendly options such as three or vodafone.

EE is EXPENSIVE.
I use EE 4G - I pay £32.63pm for unlimited data (well, unlimited everything but the SIM is in a router so I only use the data), so I don't think it is particularly expensive.
I'm lucky enough to get a good speed (80Mbps down, 20+Mbps up) so streaming and downloading large files is OK, but the rather variable latency may be a problem for serious gaming.

Not if the sort of games you like to play are all about low latency. Mobile isn't ideal at all for that (yet).

Just tried three 4g broadband only got 10-20 mb so not much better than ADSL. Thinking about trying 5g but can't find an unlocked 5g hub/router to test it. Anyone have experience of 5g broadband, speed etc. Also pardon my ignorance I've learnt that my new property is fttc so does that mean it's still copper to the property and therefore ADSL speeds
