Oh, excellent! I added the gateway account (AA.net.uk one) and outbound calls are working fine. Inbound call routing I’ve added according to instructions but incoming calls don’t work.
In the destination field, I’ve added the number as 0xxxxxxxxxx and also tried +44xxxxxxxxxx and selected the extension for it to ring on. That’s all I did and all I thought was necessary. I can see the incoming calls on the logs so Fusion sees the call coming in but seemingly doesn’t route it anywhere.
I’m not sure where I’m going wrong.
