enquired about Gfast with Zen, was told currently unavailable as the cabinet is full. Phoned BT broadband and was told Gfast is available to order.
When I explained that another ISP had informed me the Gfast cabinet was full, BT adviser stated that ISPs have a quota of ports and once they had used them up they could no longer offer the service, but BT had free ports available.
Is this right? surely its an anti-competitive practice.
