I AM FINDING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SIGN / LOG ONTO THIS ISP SERVICE ANYBODY OUT THERE SUFFERING THE SAME , ANY ANSWERS TO PROBLEM.....? ANY HELP RECEIVED THANK FULLY
I was stupid enough to sign up online to this company . Yet dispite them taking the money i cannot use the service . the downloaded connection details they gave me once installed have never worked. I only ever get user name or password is not recognised when trying to connect. I have done everything their Faq file suggests and the only other option is to phone a premium rate 75 p minute help line to pay them to fix there faulty goods which i consider not of merchantable quality for the perpose for which they are sold , and it does not work. You do not buy goods from a shop then expect to have to phone a premium rate line to get them to fix the goods you bought because they are faulty and not working
WARNING OTHER USERS ON HERE AND ON THE INTERNET WARN THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY . DISPITE THEM OFFERING A REFUND ON THEIR CONNECTION OFFER PAGE.
I would encourage all current and past Users to complain in the strongest term to :-

We should demand to know why they have not acted against the behaviour exhibited by this ISP to its customers ......
