Thanks guys. So yes Tony I discovered that option in the website when I logged into the router. I did a reset on the router too to see that makes a difference. I mean it’s a minor inconvenience when it drops the Wi-Fi but it’s still something I like to get to the bottom of and resolve. Could be the building I am living in. It’s an old house with thick walls.

I was looking at the ax3 and noticed so many different ones.

This one here is the cheapest and think I will need 2 as the kitchen gets 1 or no Wi-Fi signal but upstairs it normally hovers over 2 out of 3 signal strength for Wi-Fi.

First one is this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/HUAWEI-Dua...&qid=1663754087&sprefix=ax3+hu,aps,163&sr=8-1

You also get more expensive ones such as this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/WIFI-Route...&qid=1663754087&sprefix=ax3+hu,aps,163&sr=8-2

I am not sure of the difference apart from price. They look the same. All I need is something that will work and give me Wi-Fi 6 and is simple to set up. What would you guys recommend?

Once I got these devices it’s a matter of plugging one in to main 5G router and selecting that one on my Wi-Fi list and then plugging the 2nd one in the kitchen. Would I need to manually link them all? Sorry so many questions about this. Thanks in advance

There's no difference in the two you have linked to, just scalpers trying to rip you off.

When you get the ax3, plug it's wan port into the CPE pro and it will be automatically configured by the CPE pro.

Do the same with the other one, place where needed.

To be clear, once configured (how will he know btw?) the ax device can be disconnected from the ethernet port, right?

Re pricing, I think there was a quad-core version around, more expensive, but faster. I think maybe @Bubblesthefish6 got that one?

Yep, I've got the AX3 Quad core/AX3 Pro. Its really easy to set up, plugged mine in near the B535 and pressed the "H" button either unit to set up mesh. Works a treat and the speed is a 👍🏻
