Got FTTP, Can’t Order FTTP

So I’m kind of stuck at the moment, my street has been FTTP enabled since Jan and I can happily place an order for it through BT or EE, however other ISPs were showing up as being to order through them and now none of them show only BT and EE when I put my address in. Checked the Openreach fibre checker and BT wholesale checker both say FTTP available.

I’ve contacted Openreach a few times and advised them I’m having issues placing a order for FTTP to which they said there shouldn’t be any issues and provided me with a GOLD ID to provide my ISP of choice with so I can place an order however this seems to have fell on deaf ears and I just cannot place an order outside of BT or EE and I’m not sure what else to do, every address checker for 3rd parties just says FTTC yet the street directly opposite me on the same exchange can order it.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

What does the BT Wholesale checker report fo FTTP?

FTTP(OD) @ 330 or WBC FTTP @ 1000

@Brumski just checked to be 100% and it’s WBC 1000

Bit of an odd one. I know there's some latency (excuse the pun) between WBC FTTP being available and respective databases catching up.

If memory serves me correctly when checking against the Openreach Fibre checker that says something along the lines of "View superfast/ultrafast providers" - Is it that list that previously showed multiple ISPs and now only shows BT/EE?

Haha I thought that too but it’s been live since Jan, my neighbours have had the same issue as well as it just seems to be our street only which isn’t being picked up.

So on the Openreach site it’ll say FTTP providers, you click on say talktalk, then check through their checker and it’ll only pull FTTC and that’s the same for all 3rd parties but Openreach say there shouldn’t be any issues

Could it be that the FTTP is at a different ISP handover point than the FTTC and the other ISPs haven't capacity to it yet.
