It's come to my surprise that I've recently started being direct debited by HomeTelecom rather than OpenFibre. I'm currently on the MS3 network but when I search my postcode on the OpenFibre site, it says there are no services available anymore and will be looking at getting service at a later date to my address despite already being on their service?
I've had no issues other than the odd drop outs specifically at 9am some days but I can't find any information nor have I had any emails regarding my plan being moved to HomeTelecom?
Any help or knowledge about it would be appreciated.
