Have Three been hacked?

I have had my My3 account deleted and had to make a brand one one, including a new "secure" password In the past when companies have made me do this, it was later found that they had been hacked and needed people to change their passwords as not let the hackers gain access to get more data.

Anyone else had their My3 accounts deleted for no reason?
 
I was in the site earlier and I could log in but it was having lots of problems.
I cant believe their backend is java based for the site....

Nope, they underwent a system upgrade a few weeks back in which everyone had their My3 deleted as they were doing an entire system revamp

Mine never got deleted. Still working the same as before. Even managed to log in during the system upgrade.
 
I don't know if been moved to the new system yet, I've never been able to login to my3 ever on my current SIMO just get a system error on login 9 month ago I joined Three multiple live chats, phone calls and complaint still broken.

If am lucky on the move to new system it might actually fix my account, the downside of non working account is have to contact Three ever a few months on live chat to get them to email my bill so I submit it for cashback.
 
Got kicked off the mast I am normally connected on today and checked the Network Status while roaming on 3 IRL. As usual, it never reports when there are issues

So I rang technical support. Apparently this past two days they are unable to access customers accounts across the board ie billing, complaints, network support etc. Was told to call back tomorrow and "hopefully" they will be able to help!

Something very fishy going on !!

Three are usally crappy with account & customer service. Worse ever in my eyes!

Well they are noticably worse at the moment!! Can't even get speaking to a "turn it off, wait 66.535 seconds and turn it on back on again" technical support experts.
 
I have started to get email marketing from Three regarding Three rewards and all that non-sense. I called them yesterday because I still can't get into the My3 section on the website. Apparently they have reset my entire account including sending the One Time Code to the internet router and all my preferences for marketing! They also told me that the OTC can't be sent to a different device any more as its a "feature" of their new upgraded system to better protect our each and every customers, I couldn't help laugh at that statement!

Their new business system allows me to send an OTP to my smarty personal mobile to let me onto the business page - the number is completely separate from my 3 business account. Why can't they do this for personal...??
