Hi, I am managing twenty websites and needed no downtime on switchover day
so here we are , moved from Sky to Zen
no connection or phone line at home customer service not helping, no response to emails and one very unhappy customer
The comms in switching over are diabolical
I’m sat here having to tether because I’ve not got internet on the day I was promised
So disappointed with this experience and the promises of no loss or continuity of service And I’m sat here twiddling my thumbs with no support
a massive let down
I will give them another few hours and then go back to sky
