Over the weekend my home was bungled by BT. There was no forced entry, and no damage. The only thing damaged is the BT Home Hub software, and that's where the horror story starts. Please sit down for this.............
...........they tried to cover their tracks by replacing it with a dodgy version 6.2.2.6 and hoped i wouldn't notice. This version has it's mouth taped and i can't get at the all important performance data to check out the service that my mega bucks, no holds barred option 3 is getting.
The worst of it all is BT thought i was too stupid to noticed, and that is showing me nothing but contempt and taking me for a complete mug to boot.
To limit the complete humiliation shown to me by BT, can the damage be undone somehow?
