Help with locating sites (3) - megathread

Does anyone happen to have a copy of that map that showed roughly where new Three masts were being put up? I used to have it but then I lost it.

Here's one that is currently floating in East Lothian, but going by the TAC it should be in or around Kirkcaldy, across the water:

I'm hardly ever in Fife these days so I'm not much use. Looks like another of your discoveries @The Wee Bear - was it from a 124 East Coast bus?

Hi frvic93, yes it was indeedy the 124. :giggle:

Ah, I miss that bus! Used to take it home when I lived in Musselburgh and worked at Tollcross.
Yes and on my adventure I saw a Kilwinning Street and a new housing development with a Saltcoats name too, they must like Ayrshire names around Musselburgh. 😁

It was a lovely journey round the coast.(y)

That's not a Three site I don't think....

B28 doesn't use the 2 sector, TAC looks like it would be on an EE site. Have you lost signal in that area perhaps on Three?

(Checked for myself, TAC looks different but it's in that general area on EE, I've never seen Three use anything other than a 4 digit TAC anyways.)

53721 has appeared recently if anyone wants to find it.

My guess is an upgrade of Rutherford (EE 27650) or Churn Hill (EE 29192) if not a new site.

Data lines up most with 29192, and there's a planning application for 3 from 2021 so most likely there. Pinned it
Should mean that Three are suddenly very good in southern parts of Didcot and around villages such as Blewbury and Upton which previously just had very slow 3G, nice to see! Glad their still doing upgrades, they need it if the merger fails.

If they could finally get round to upgrading the lattice in the middle of Didcot from useless 3G to high capacity 4G/5G (a planning app was made for this site), Three would finally have a decent network locally. Would ease the congestion on 12378 as well.
