how can I contact Starlink in UK?

Considering Starlink (though undecided) but would like to know where one can sell equipment should someone finally decide to lay FTTH some day in the future.
I understand I am free to sell but more importantly, can someone order starlink if they already have the equipment (second hand).

Their website is not informative (very trendy but..) and I have no luck contacting them.
I found an email address somewhere ( UK@starlinkme.net) but no response.
Does anyone know how to contact them and get this information?

Many thanks!
Jaap

As far as I can ascertain, and I've spent hours on the Starlink subreddit to date, you can only contact them from your Starlink account. I.E you have to be a paid-up customer and use the app to raise support enquiries.

Apparently, once you're at that stage the support is great but that doesn't necessarily help you or others with general questions.

Bear in mind this is a beta product and service so some elements of the commercial release, such as the questions you're raising, may not even have been decided or defined as yet.

PS - that email address/domain is registered in Dubai so I highly doubt any response, if you ever received one, would be much help.

@Brumski wow, thank you for checking that!
Well I will just have to make that decision blind..
Odd, even for a Beta service, not to provide some basic data. but, given demand, I assume not too much effort is needed.

You raised a fair question, to be honest, and it's a consideration I've also had so I assume others out there have thought the same.

That being said demand outstrips supply, extensively in some areas, so I guess Starlink isn't giving much information to customers with respect to what happens to dishy mcflatface if you end your subscription.

Yes it's a customers-only focus to support, thus they don't really bother with either a 'sales' style channel (i.e. Elon Musk just needs to speak and he gets attention) or an effective 'PR' team for the media.

I don't think you can currently sell the equipment ( I mean, you can, but it's not going to work for the next person). It's registered to a specific user, and even at a specific location. I've read about people asking Starlink to move the registered address to another with varying success. But this was one of the things (besides the cost) that put me off. I was willing to give it a shot until FTTP arrives, but if there is no resale of the equipment then it's not up my alley.

given these are sold at a loss (as I understand), it is odd that they do not have a mechanism to allow transfer of equipment on the condition they have bandwidth for a given location - after all they would save money.
I assume it will come but definitely not inspiring;)
