how do I order FTTP

I got my office space/2nd house looking in to broadband my exchange says FTTP ready. How do I order it. where my office is lot of people have FTTC in the area so worried I might not get full speed

Are you sure FTTP is actually in your area, since having an exchange that supports it is not the same as being covered by the service itself? Otherwise it depends which FTTP supporting ISP you choose, BT's checker should tell you if they can do it or you might wish to call AAISP, Zen or IDNet directly to enquire. Claranet Soho also do some FTTP.

Sadly there aren't many FTTP providers for home users and so most are more business focused.

yea I'm thinking to go for business connection. have a sip phones for telephone so I can recieve calls any where, how do I check FTTP, I went samknows and searched the postcode. I dont have any connection there yet,

Thank you guys, I cant get FTTP only FTTC so I decided to go with AAISP even though it will cost me slightly more (£20 more) .

3 reasons 1 at home I'm already with Zen so having a another isp at my home office will mitigate one of the risk of ISP having issue. I know I connect to the same exchange etc but nothing I can do about that unless AAISP can get the line from another exchange but I will doubt that (they didnt say they will). Zen is been very reliable at home for me but some of my clients had issue with their authentication servers in the past on the old adsl lines. I'm not saying AAISP wont have this issues but even if they do I can use the other one.

2nd AAISP promise to monitor every sec of my connection. if their is an issue I think AAISP will have more information than other isp is to get BT to fix the line issue. and their native ipv6 support.

3rd they only charge £10 for the line rental but I cant call chargeable calls out but still allow me to receive calls etc.
