I just need to know what's your preferred way of cooling off / to take a rest your cpe router especially VN007+.

On which way do you preferred powering off your CPE modem/routers like VN007+?

(Option1) Turning off the hard switch button at the back and then unplugging the adaptor?

(Option2) Directly unplugging the adaptor from the socket while the device is still on?

Voted, (Discount Mains Plug) or at least that's what I did in the short time I actually had one .......but, unless your talking about a Software Reboot / Reset, then both of your Voteable options are the same as the On/Off Switch at the back is a Hard Switch which just disconnects the Power Source, which is the same as Unplugging the PSU Adaptor or pulling the Power Plug from the back of the Router.

+1 ^^^, both options do the same thing - hard power off.
