I've no idea, I have only received one by accident out of twenty installations.
I'm quite sure CF have no idea where it is.
Well thenm it wouldn't be a good idea to sell something I don't if it is mine or not. I will ask the installer but I doubt they will know.

Thanks for posting this, I followed the instructions the other day and it worked great. So either the device is now running retail firmware or it's got some backdoor installed courtesy of the OpenWRT image supplied by the Github maintainer.

trusted images can be found here:
but there is no web interface:

If you want Luci, download the imagebuilder,
Code:
make image PROFILE="linksys_whw03v2" PACKAGES="luci-ssl"

Flash factory image done.

Just found this on the Legal Stuff section of CF:

8.3 Where we provide Equipment to you in relation to the Services, you agree to:

(a) take all reasonable care to prevent the loss, theft and damage of our Equipment;

(b) not to interfere with our Equipment unless we ask you to; and

(c) keep our Equipment at all times under your control and possession and not to remove our Equipment from your premises.

8.4 You agree to tell us as soon as reasonably possible about any loss or damage to any part of our Equipment. You agree that you are responsible for any loss of or damage to the Equipment caused by your breach of this Contract. We will charge you for any loss of or damage to our Equipment caused by your breach of this Contract.

12.1 Where we provide Equipment for use with our Services, this Equipment remains ours at all times but you will be responsible for keeping the Equipment safe while it is in your premises.

So I would advice to NOT sell anything Community Fibre gives you and you are not using.
