I had months of poor service, finally hitting rock bottom when our speeds went down to 100kbps according to speedtest.net and wouldn't go any faster no matter what we did.
Spent ages trying to get it sorted and eventually gave up, refusing to get off the phone unless it was fixed immediatly, or they released me from the last few months of the contract. Persistance paid off and they gave in after nearly 2 hours of pushing me between department, leaving us on hold and wanting rid of us.
So my advice if you're stuck with them is to waste their time like they waste ours AND refuse to get off the phone until they fix your problems or cancel the contract it really does work!
