Check the above, its a residential address, that said I run my business from home!

Ok, I sent Abs an email worded below (please use to get the desired effect):

My email to TITAN: - SENT 28-01-10

David/Abs

As "TITAN" have broken all data protection rules and I have not agreed to be moved to VISPA, I am requesting that with immediate effect I require you to cancel the order with VISPA. VISPA have informed me that you have to cancel on my behalf.

Please confirm this has been done by return email otherwise I shall be start legal action against "TITAN" for breach of contract and breach of data proctection.

VISPA have also informed me that this should all be done within 24hrs.

I expect to hear from you tomorrow (29 January 2010) with confirmation of cancellation, thus releasing me to get my own MAC code.

Regards

xxxxxxxxx

Low and behold an email received on 29-01-10:

Hi xxx

We have spoken with vispa our wholesal supplier and we can confrim they have cancelled your migration.
Just to conform Murphx have come back to us stating theyy will be replicating Entanets products and this should be ready within the month.

Kind regards

Abs

Then he had the cheek to call me on my home line and try and convince me to stay, as they are getting a package with muprhx now.

I then sent an email to entanet, email address for customer support is "cs@enta.net", requesting a new MAC code, you should give a good 24hrs from VISPA cancelling to emailing ENTA, for it to go through the system, email as follows:

Please can you provide me with a MAC code with immediate effect on my ADSL service for the following phone number:

Phone Number: 01xxx xxx xxx

Account Number: xxx y9999

Please can you forward me the MAC code as soon as possible.

Regards

xxxxxxxxxx

Thee days later (1 Feb 2010) I get an email from ENTA with my new MAC code, email below:

Please be advised the MAC code you require is: XXXX9999999/XX99X.

This will expire: 03/03/2010.

Kind Regards

Jemma Harris
Customer Service Administrator.

I placed my order for new package with a new company on 1 Feb 2010, the line migrated today 4 Feb 2010. The whole process was long winded and annoying and TITAN have been stupid to really P**S there customers off, to make them move.

I hope the above information is of use, please feed back here if you sucessfully moved using the information.

Thanks

Roy.

Cancel direct debits

Just forgot to say, cancel all direct debits immediatly or log into ENTA billing and removed any credit card details and let them chase you for the money, thats what I have done.

I'll pay for what I have used, but just send me the amended bill

Thanks

Roy.
