Hopefully I have posted this on the correct place?

Based had the Gigacube for three weeks and it is using excess data in the last week it has used 22gb. No Xbox updates etc. Watching 260ps YouTube videos in the evening roughly 2.5 hours this doesn't total 22gb usually for one week. Vodafone said to do a hard reset didn't solve the issue. Also Gigacube does something twice a night when everyone else is asleep, could this be the issue. Noone seems to know what it's doing in the middle of the night. Has anyone any advise. On normal broadband the usual for the same is around a third of this usage. All mobile devices etc not using it. Appreciate and help please.

I don't know what your exact issue but 22GB a week seems very normal for a 'home broadband' connection.

My grandparents manage to go through a similar amount just from general browsing and things being connected to it.

If you're using 4G for home broadband an unlimited or high usage plan makes the most sense.
