"Huawei Monitor" is now "LTE H-Monitor"

LTE h monitor works for me without the 4G router having a internet connection or a signal from a mast.
Do you use a special startup option for this or maybe an older version? I want to diagnose a problem on my B535-333 which has no internet access but LTE H-Monitor refuses to start without internet access.

Update:
You need a licence to run LTE H-Monitor without internet access, confirmed by @oga83 .

LTE H-Monitor worked fine with my B535-232 but does not work with my B535-333.

Do you happen to use the LTE manager app at all? I noticed it logs in and still accepts band changes but no longer see any active feedback on the stats screen.

Do setting changes made using the app to my router get saved on the router (I'm referring to band changes and sms forwarding specifically) or would they be lost if router is powered cycled and then have to be re-applied using the app?

Thanks

Speaking as a B818-263 user - Any band changes I make via the app are saved/stored on the router and retained if I power cycle the router.

EDIT - I answered before I actually read the subject properly. What I meant was any changes I make via HUA CTRL are saved on the router. I can't speak for LTE H-Monitor, sorry.

Thanks for this. Does huactrl allow you to setup sms forwarding? (I want all sms received to forward on to another number)

SMS Fowarding is normally a Router Feature rather than an App Feature, or put another way if the Router doesn't support it no App will as it relies on Fowarding as an out going SMS from the Hardware/Sim.

I do seem to remember coming across an App/Windows Java Script that would run in the Background for some Huawei Routers that would Foward Incoming SMS back out via or to an email address but this was a few years back now and I really cannot recall the detail off the top of my head.

Yes, ltehmonitor does this. :)
At least on paper:
- SMS forwarding to another number or by email

It’s certainly possible to have an app run continuously and poll for SMS, once received send it elsewhere.
