Hi, I'm just wondering if someone might be able to help me, I have just purchased the Huwaei 5G H122-373 CPE Pro 2 5G Pro 2 (unlocked) and I seem to be having a few issues.
I have a 5G enabled unlimited SIM plan with EE and therefore I purchase the 5G router to have better performance when at home. I have good signal and internet speeds.
However, I have connectivity issues; i.e I cannot receive whatsapp calls but receive messenger ones, I cannot watch Netflix on my LG oled TV despite connected (amazon prime works fine) (also, netflix when using the wifi plays from computer and iphone), I cannot connect Alexa to it or my smart plug etc.
Has anyone has similar issues?
Spent days looking for an answer.. Called netflix, they direct to EE, they direct to LG, then directed to Huwaei, and again directed back to EE and noone seems to have an answer for this.
Does anyone has any suggestions or settings?
Tried disabling auto from network and creating a new ee internet profile but that did not work for me..
