I am new to Plusnet

Hi ThatzVinyl,

You'd be charged for the 10 day notice period, and if the line was getting ceased (rather than you requesting a MAC and migrating) you'd be charged the £25 cessation fee. The only other charge you'd get would be for the router, if you took one.

Hope that helps,

Matt

nah I have my own router and I would take a mac code from ya. Just looking at your other accounts. How come the more expensive one has less allowance, only 20 gig?

Yeah I see that, but the data usage is lower. So you pay more for not having shaping?

I take it between 12 and 8am downloads are not counted on the quota like the account I am on now?

I dont have the router stats, just saw the ip profile when the step dad ran a speedtest, net d/l test

Yep, data allowance is lower but like Matt says, everything comes down at line speed. Extra usage is £5/5GB

That's right. Any data transferred between Midnight and 8am won't be deducted from your monthly allowance.
