I left giffgaff last year because I was having signal problems on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at the time I decided to rejoin the Vodafone network after 10 years and that's when I decided to join Leabara what I wasn't told is that Vodafone only ever 30 minute call policy which I was absolutely Furious I was ill on my birthday and I was still on the network it reminded me when I was on the O2 network their customer service I'll just awful in my opinion I was so appalled they did not take me seriously and it took me three months to get my compensation because of Leabara I joined giffgaff at the end of January this year I couldn't even get VoLTE working on my phone at the time they wouldn't even let me speak I threaten to leave the network and now I've got the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and I actually hav VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling have you similar experience with them or any other network

Vodafone are terrible for this. It's a well known VoLTE issue on their network that makes calls disconnect at 29 minutes and 50 seconds. They have known about it for years but haven't fixed it, despite it affecting loads of accounts on both Vodafone and their MVNOs. It's one of the reasons why I won't touch Vodafone. And as you say, Lebara customer service is an absolute joke too.

As for Giffgaff, you'll probably have more success with them now. They have finally launched VoLTE themselves. Until a couple of months ago it was unfortunately not available so you had to use 3G for calls. But if you are having signal issues in general they may not be the best choice anyways.

While they still have their own flaws, EE is the UK's best network. Go with one of the cheaper companies who use their network. 1P Mobile is a popular choice who have decent pricing and a fairly robust setup that shouldn't give you any problems when it comes to trying to use their network. Customer service is pretty decent too.

Just found Lebara charging me for a SIM that doesn't exist anymore with them.
Just one of the worst networks I have ever used in my life I will never go to them again even if they merge with Vodafone and three I was only with Leabara for 4 weeks before I came back to giffgaff and it took me three months to get compensation I made a formal complaint and their customer service would just absolutely disgusting I've never said this before I had the phone call one day from Leabara they said they wanted to apologize but it was anything but an apology she wouldn't even let me finish what I had to say and I said how did you get my number she was so rude to me and I said I've not finished yet she did not like it when I said about the 30 minutes policy I said this is not acceptable from your network and most importantly the Vodafone network I said I never joining this network again she said to me I even mentioned I didn't even have VoLTE once and this was not long after I rejoined the giffgaff my number had been transferred over at that point just 2 weeks before the phone call and now finally have VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling on giffgaff I'm so glad they run on the O2 network because what could have happened if I had stayed on Lebara and Vodafone and three were to merge that would have been a disaster for me

If you don't like a network just move on. There's enough of them...

It's been fixed. It took 4 years which is ridiculous in itself, but it doesn't happen anymore.
