I've been with supaslow for just over 12 months now and only ever used it about twice cos its turd for gaming - now I am able to cancel because the 12 month contract is up, but i've noticed that when I log into the showmybill site, click on the "products" tab, it says "months left 0" but option to cancel has mysteriously dissapeared - hmm. So I sent em an email to their support saying that I wanted to cancel but have had no reply as yet. Someone plz help me cos I want out - fast!

hi sonic yes ive just told them to stick it to,ive sent an e-mail no response also sent another e-mail to sales and sent a letter to head office to telling them, and instructed the bank to cancel too after all you only have a 12 months contract as they are so fond of quoting when things arent going their way. Hope it helps and i can sympathise with you it is awful as an isp

To All: Simply do what i did...
E-mail them with your complaint...they invariably won't reply to you.
...then E-mail them a few days later stating that as you haven't heard from them, you now intend to terminate your contract with them, on the grounds that they have failed to provide the service you have rightly paid for (regardless of 12 month contract, as this is irrelevant)...
again, they will fail to reply...then simply cancel your Direct Debit and sign up with someone else. As long as you follow a reasonable complaints procedure and keep them informed of your intended actions, you've little to worry about...it is up to them to provide you with a reasonable, working service.
P.S...Keep ALL copies of E-mail's sent.

Matt. :)
