Hi all, I wanted to build a web site.....just a little first site without having to learn html first so sitebuilder sounded good......sounded good that is till I tried to register using my yahoo.co.uk address and the site told me registration had failed due to an "invalid parameter (e-mail)". Ok thinks I they dont like yahoo so I try again using my fsnet.co.uk address. Same thing.

Thinking on the line of whoever hosts my website is likely to stay as my isp I would have thought that wanadoo would want to keep freeserve customers on board. Ideas anyone before I reach for ?????????. Please.

I looked at using the online SMS service with Wanadoo. However, I e-mailed them, because the system wouldn't acknowledge the Wanadoo address. I received a reply, saying that due to the system being under the old Freeserve branding, then Wanadoo addresses were invalid.

I can't get at any of the websites I set up before Freeserve changed to Wanadoo anymore. Last week they admitted it was a known problem and was being investigated urgently. Now they say it is being investigated and this may take several days.

Looks like their rebranding means customer service has taken a beack seat.

What can they do? Jeez some people. There is nothing they can say if its being looked into - doesnt mean they aint giving you good customer service...
