iD Mobile - 4G & Wifi calling issue.

So today I switched to iD mobile

I have an iPhone 15 and I've got my SIM from iD today, all activated okay.

I have two problems...

1. 4G calling does not seem to be working - If i try and make a call even though i have 2/3 bars of 4G, it keeps dropping to 3G

2. Wi-Fi calling is enabled, but it doesn't appear to use Wi-Fi calling, even if the signal is low.

Can anyone advise, checked the iD mobile help docs and can't see anything.

I'll post on the iD community, but wanted to check here as well as the iD chat 'helper' really didn't know what i was talking about!

Managed to fix it lol

I moved the SIM to another iPhone.... 4G Calling worked, then moved SIM back to my normal phone and it worked as well, Wi-Fi calling is also fixed.

Don’t know what i did, but it’s fixed now so all good
