Ive been with IDNet for nearly 12 Months.
This ISP must have the best customer support out there, the day i migrated 30 mins after going on-line i was phoned by customer support (out of office hours) and asked if everything was going fine,how many ISP's do that?
If you ever need to phone support the phone is always picked up within 5 rings (not that i use CS a lot but you read about it in the forums).
If you go to the well known forums you will hardly see anyone moaning about IDNet unlike a lot of other ISP's that regularly get a good slating.
Top speeds , no downtime, one month contract & a lot of happy customers.

Biggest load of c**p I've ever heard! If you visit their Forums..the same people extol their virtue. You begin to wonder if they are IDNET employees/owners!!

Don't believe all they say and get yourself a proper ISP...not this one!

Hmmm ... I don't use them myself, but I know four people who are IDNet customers and they're all happy.

Hi Bill i wonder if you are the same trolling sh*t from what used to be ADSL Guide.
If anyone doesn't believe what i posted feel free to look at the top 10 ISP's here at this site .

To put this boring argument to bed ,i have been with IDNet for over 12 months and am not looking for another ISP,we have seen countless new members join the IDNETters forums and have only lost 2 members who migrated at the same time because of bad pings, one recently returned as the grass wasn't greener.
Now if you still think im "not too satisfied" you heed your head read.
