Broadband Pipe Fault
Our wholesale supplier currently has a fault on their network affecting one of our broadband pipe connections to them resulting in an outage for broadband users with usernames ending in:

14:58:59 The supplier has confirmed an incident with a fibre optic connection between two buildings beginning at 14:30. It is affecting a number of service providers and they have dispatched engineers to investigate and repair. We will post additional information when it becomes available.
17:19:54 Our supplier is still conducting their investigative and repair work. There is a possibility of cable damage and therefore due to the nature of the repair, work is likely to continue into the evening. We will post additional information when it becomes available.
