INFORMATION ON BLUELEAFINTERNET.com

I checked Companies House and a number of "Director Changes" were filed on the 5th. Have all the Directors run for it?

My site has vanished and blueleafs has vanished and we all need mac codes to get someone else. My one man business will collapse when my bband connection goes, which it already has for some but not others, and cant be having that.

I HAVE got an Ofcom Investigation going and an OTELO investigation going AND I HAVE THE name of the Carrier of blueleafs bband service (from whom we may be able to get a MAC CODE). I obtained this from a specific department of BT WHOLESALE, using my official OFCOM customer complaint reference number.

I am told to phone OFCOM again later today to find out where their IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION of Blueleaf has led to.

I can be emailed on rgjfutures@beeb.net as I am not very good at working out how to communicate on this forum, its taken me an hour to get this far.

ALL THE STAFF have vanished.

Thank you for the update Richard I willpost a link to this in the other blueleaf thread. will merge them later.

I opened the 'has Blueleaf crashed?' thread because I felt that 'Blueleaf problem' was somewhat understated!

Blueleaf's carrier (if that's the right term) is 'Your Communications' http://www.yourcommunications.co.uk/main.asp?page=0 ... They told me 'not to worry; your service will continue uninterrupted and, when we find another retailer to take on the Blueleaf customers, everyone will be informed.'

Given that 15 days must elapse after a 'cease order' before a line can be reconnected, this comes as pretty good news!

Good to know, I was getting worried. Do you people dial up dsl4you.co.uk? I don't how relevant this is but that's who I dial up, perhaps they are associated with Your Comms. Upon checking out their site I got this phone number:

0871 xxx xxxx

Translation = BS4you, Thanks. That's from:

http://www.dsl4you.co.uk/contact-us.php

Their email addy just returns an undeliverable error. Just to add to the whole elusive situation, there's no post code for their address, and they accept registration on that site. All very bizarre. I'd suspect a scam if I wasn't still receiving a sound internet service and have been for 2 weeks. Good to hear something at last though after a week of waiting for Blueleaf to reply/answer emails/phones.

Oh and HI! I be new here. ;)

I just spoke to a couple fellers from Your Communications who said a similar thing. The first guy told me that Blueleaf have indeed gone Bankrupt, that's about all they know/disclosed. They said that a company called O-Bit has resumed the accounts, and gave a number which I called and they said they're gonna get someone from sales to call me back this morning. I'll update if/when they do. I'm not sighing yet but it's looking better.

I signed up for £25PM for a uncapped connection with static IP (not stated but it sure is static) about a month ago with Bleaf. As if I'm still gonna get that :(. Either that was their final push, or more likely, cut.

MAC cod is a a number generated to migrate your ADSL from one supplier to another without having to pay the activation fee again.

New customer

Hi
I am a new customer of Blueleaf having ordered broadband with themselves three weeks ago.
I am new to broadband so they were supposed to be activating my ADSL line.
This hasn't happened so I have no connection at all.
Can I just go and sign up for another ISP or will I need a MAC code?
Thanks for any help.
