Hi,
I have signed up for youfiber 1800 install was last tuesday, cable pulled, spliced, ONT installed and router plugged in. The engineer could'nt get the ONT provisioned and left without it working, another engineer booked to fix it for today.
Engineer comes today, checks light on fiber -9 loss from the street, new spice fixes that. ONT gets provisioned router still red no connection. After speaking to the supervisor a new ONT was installed and provisioned (old was a white you fiber ONT > new is a black Adtran ONT). ONT is showing 3 green lights.
Router (Asus - ET12) still red, router was then reset and went through setup wizard again.
Advanced setup > wireless router > Automatic (asking about connection type) this was to the engineer's setup guide, swapped cat6a cable between ont and router, double checked it was plugged into to the WAN port.
Still red no connection, engineer then tried an Eero router which seems to be having the same issue, waiting to hear from youfiber about what the next step is going to be.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Jamie.
