Not aimed at any particular ISP but...Does your ISP warrant it's dial-up prices like this.....
Payment of the monthly subscription of £ 1.99 (inclusive of VAT) entitles you to access to the internet for one calendar month (irrespective of the length of that month).
followed by (and further down the contract).....
Payment of a further non-optional annual subscription of £60.00 (to be paid in monthly instalments of £5.00) entitles you to receive an annual internet use training manual which retails at £60.00. The service set out in clause blah de blah and this internet use training manual are interrelated aspects of your enter ISP name here Internet access package, they must be taken together and cannot be taken separatly ??
V21 and Fast4 spring to mind here and there may be others out there who advertise dial up packages on the same footing .
...Has ANYONE received a copy of said Internet Use training manual that they are entitled to receive?
Moreover, anyone seen one of the RETAIL copies of same, where can we buy one?
It would be interesting to find out if this publication actually exists or is a figment of the ISP's mind aimed at inflating the internet connection charge.
