IPv6 with Billion BiPAC 8800NL and Aquiss/Entanet

I'm using an Billion BiPAC 8800NL with Aquiss/Entanet and am trying to get IPv6 set up with no luck.

I've been told I've been allocated a /56 block but my router doesn't seem to be picking it up. Can anybody lend a hand? The router definitely supports IPv6 if the marketing literature and configuration options are to be believed.

Thanks.

Looks like there was a delay in propagation because I just tried reconnecting again and it picked up the IPv6 details. Oh well!

I tried for 3 weeks to get that to work with Zen and then I gave up, even after Billion's help. I am glad someone, somewhere got IPv6 to work on this otherwise beast of a router.

I had issues getting ipv6 to work with Aquiss; the details they give out dont match the format everyone else seems to use.

I havent looked for a few weeks, but the FAQs hadnt been updated to match the new email settings either.

Such as? We are doing nothing non standard. Plenty of customers are using IPv6 just fine.

The guides were all updated in January, but if you spot something that is not quite right, then we do have a support email address you can always make contact with to prod us with may overlooked.

I'll check again when we get back from the Alps, I dont have my log on details with me; the FAQs were still giving the old email server address a couple of weeks after you switched us to the new server.

It was the ipv6 DNS address details that didnt match any of the online guides or my TPL router, there was something missing, although right now I cant remember what.
