Is anyone else having problems with accessing the Ring doorbell app on Three data lately?

In the past week or so I no longer seem to be able to access my ring doorbell app while using my data (all other apps work fine and I have unlimited data) and I have to use a VPN or Wi-Fi for it to work. Three support doesn't seem to understand what I'm talking about when I ask them about it. Tried all the basic troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app and restarting the phone but no dice... Makes the doorbell pretty useless all things considered. I also had a family member on Three ask about their doorbell app not working but I'm asking here incase its an isolated issue on the local mast. Edit: The app just infinite loads and no push notifications come through if bell is pressed, it's like the app can't access the Ring servers at all because even the little small photo of the Ring Doorbell in the settings is blank
It's weird issues like this that make me want to leave Three already, I had one where I couldn't get push notifications on a previous Android device until I verified my account to be 18+ with a credit card a few months ago, there's some posts about it from others too so this wasn't isolated

Try "three.co.uk" and "3internet" in the APN field to check if you get differing results. 3internet is intended for Broadband, but I've seen a couple of situations where it worked better for certain types of streaming on phones.

I use iD Mobile (Three MVNO) for two home broadband services using a Huawei Pro 2 5G router at both locations. Everything I work on and access daily works perfectly apart from two specific niche applications, one is a secure downloading service for commercial music and video media (used in my radio work) and the other is an administration website for the cloud callcentres I administer for daytime work.

The media app downloads around 75-85% of each media file and then hangs, the download has to be killed off to let the next file download - that hangs in the same way ad-infinitum. The callcentre app randomly but constantly crashes with a 'Server Internal Error'. There is no cure for the former, the latter clearing cached cookies and retrying sometimes works but more often than not fails.

If I switch to tethering my S22 to the laptop using my work EE 5G data then everything works perfectly.

You can guess that the iD Mobile community hasn't been that helpful and clearly speaking to Three isn't an option. If I could find a reliable and cheap EE 5G option that isn't out to fist me senseless then I might go for that. Their One plan seems good to obtain a 5G SIM on the cheap but I resent signing up for a 60/20 2-wire service for the next 18/24 months at my main residence when fibre options are lurking just out of my reach...
