Is there anyway to get community fibre to rollout to private land?

Is there some way I can convince community fibre to rollout their service to a small number of houses (15) on private land?

Community fibre has deployed fibre down the street the private land is just off to an underground chamber near the BT cabinet. BIDB showed the street but not our houses were due to get Community Fibre before they paused their rollout. At its closest point the fibre passes just 3 m away from our land with the underground chamber about 300 m away.

As far as I know all the houses are ducted; in theory as they are terraced houses you could lay fibre along a wall and then along the houses without using the ducts on our land treating the houses more like a block of flats though I don’t know if this is viable.

Our internet speed is going on for more than a decade without a speed increase and there are potentially some big cost savings from getting community fibre too. Its frustrating that fibre seems so close and yet there is a long uncertain wait for it to actually be laid to our houses.

As their build is paused, it is unlikely there will be any further provisioning to properties off their plan.

The feasibility doesn't look like an issue though, should they pick things back up. The biggest issue is likely to be getting permission from the land owner to have services deployed. This will be applicable to any provider, with the exception of Openreach who already provide services and have access to maintain their network. Do you know who the land owner is and whether there are any historical way leave requests from Community Fibre?

As you're on private land, you won't see anything come up on BIDB with regards to provider plans. All works displayed on there will be public requests on public land. This will be the case for any un-adopted roads or estates.

They stopped building, CFL barely did public houses that use underground methods, they focused on poles most of the time so very unlikely for anything to happen.
