Otherwise you could ask your ISP if they have the ability to cap your line speed/profile a bit lower than it currently is. When I asked for mine (at the time it was Sky) to be reduced from 12Mbps to 10Mbps they were able to do that and the disconnections did stop. However, your line stats suggests that this may not help, but it could be worth a try. Note that not all ISPs can do it.
